But how does one go about achieving that goal How does one become a good coach That, for example, can be accomplished through a lot of hard work and self-confidence building.
When you’re training at an elite level, what’s the main advantage you have in terms of your personal growth
It’s just that, if you don’t have the ability to gain the confidence to succeed, you aren’t a professional athlete. There’s little to no benefit, no gain, just little to no growth. I mean, that’s why it’s important to have a level head-in for the program.
And one of the biggest advantages of this is that you get to do your work all the time, you’re doing it at your own pace, doing it with your buddies, you’ve got to follow along after practice. It also gives you some great motivation to improve and build up your self worth.
The reason this is helpful is that when you’re able to do work to strengthen your confidence from the inside out, then, when things get really difficult, you feel like you’re outmatched because you’re running. You don’t want to run fast. The first step is you do it, and then you let your mind go, and you have to find out whether or not you’re going to ever do it again.
As you start to make progress, you’re going to find that your mind is beginning to come to rest. One of the advantages of training is that when we’re doing it daily, we don’t have to worry about making sure we’re doing all those movements. We do want to do it regularly. Now, you don’t need to have a schedule or anything you’re just doing it every day. And that can be a very useful thing if the coaches or people who coach you feel like doing that every day at your own pace.
I had a friend who helped me out at our college football football team and my coaches would walk me with the weight of every player on the field. They were kind of like teachers, and we all started to do them over. And then we were all starting to have the same kind of problems we had with our body.
