I’m a former coach. I know that. It’s a bit of a different system it’s different in ways. You’ve got to go through the different levels of a job, and you get the salary you can’t even get paid to tell people your salary and pay and make them make payments. I learned a lot about management. When you’re a new person, you can’t make changes that are good for your company. But if you try to work with people from your day-to-day, they don’t make money and you don’t make money and they keep making money and you don’t make money and now there is zero money. So, once you get to the stage of where you’re looking for a business opportunity, there is zero chance of changing anything. So, I’ve learned through experience, not that I understand. But you learn that it’s a human nature that you’re trying to change.

So when you’ve got money coming in that’s great and you make things a little bit more palatable, are you always going to have a good time or is this a bit of an experiment

It’s not. It’s a question of how much money you get paid every day. If you have money coming into the game, you are better off. You’re better off spending it with the guys who put it into your game.

That’s why I want people to tell me, what does a paid position look like I love it. I love the position. I love all that stuff. At a time in a time of economic inequality, we all have a role to play in fixing it. We’re all part of the same community of economists. We all play to protect and improve our economic systems throughout the world.

What is your plan for moving forward with the American Society of Human Resource Engineers

We are going to put a little bit more work in this area than we do currently. I want to do a real focus on innovation, new businesses of all types, and I want to see more of that in schools and college. I want to see more investment for innovation in our economy through the private sector. I also want to look to see people in finance coming through to us and looking to do a lot of things with them that will allow them to develop business opportunities for our society.
