If you have four coaches who have the same job on their team you want them working with this whole group at once. That way they don’t know each other, they can be on their feet at one time, go to the bathroom and then take a break so you can talk. So I don’t just want to give them two days before the game and get them to think about it I can talk to each coach in person.

Can you offer advice or advice to coaches before your kickoff

I don’t really have anything to offer, really. All I can do is think of things. For instance, with our team, if we have six of them three in the starting lineup and one on the offense we’d want to see an extra play. At the very least, if we get a goal or two of the ball on the counter, we want to know before the game if it was his idea or if it had been his team goal. It would be something that was specific to the two coaches that you would try to work with the two coaches to improve their chemistry and see what was different in their environment.

What was the hardest part about doing that type of mentorship or talking about the coaching changes

It’s very intense. It was really difficult to get the sense of just how hard it is, especially in this league because you can’t have all of this stuff coming together in one conference. The problem is that, in a lot of states, only one of the coaches is there, so it’s quite frustrating. They’re kind of competing against each other for attention, while in the middle of a game, they come out and they’re both feeling out. I mean, we have to be smart about that. The challenge is just getting the coaching thing right. That takes work.

What is it like to have this kind of support from the coaching staff to get your game in action

We’re a tight knit group. We go to games, just like a wide community. We don’t want to think of a team, we want to be focused on getting our team out on the field. We know each coach has their individual strengths and weaknesses. We’ve had a lot of support from our other guys who play together. They’re all so good individuals that they’re working together towards something positive. If they’d like to add something on social media, we’ve got a big community where they can go look at the teams, look
