Yes, to a certain extent. But there’s always room for improvement whether it’s in sports, coaching, coaching, coaching, or just getting through some hard work.

The key to being a career coach is to be very careful not to be too judgmental of yourself. You need to know what the goal is, what you are aiming at, what kind of training you want to do, what kind of advice you can give what kind of career paths you want to pursue, the kind of work you want to do. Being able to put your mind to them, while not being too judgmental, makes you an excellent coach.

2 Are you always up for the challenge, as well

I’ve seen coaches do things I’ve never thought possible. They come out and say they’ve done great in their time here in the coaching profession, and I’ve seen them take the time to build a long-term relationship that will lead them to their future. So I just can’t stand having to wait for things to happen for me to try out something new. Sometimes, you’ll be able to be the first to do it and realize this is a really great opportunity to apply this to yourself.

3 Do you have to be humble to be successful

I’d much rather not be arrogant. I don’t think anyone wants to sit around and try to do what they want the best for. Every single day is an opportunity to show a lot of respect to be a great coach to learn something I didn’t have experience from, try to learn some different things, get out here, show the world that I’m actually doing something with some humility, and make a difference in my own life and work on my professional development.

It’s been a very hard decision to leave my coach job at some point during this season. I’ve been there and done it before. I’m very proud of my career and my team. I’m not sure how this can ever stop. But you know what, I feel like I’ve come a long way. I feel very fortunate. It’s been incredible. It’s been hard to sit and take this.
