The other reason is because I don’t feel as comfortable coaching anyone. I have one or two coaches on my team and I have them sit down and listen to the opinions of people.

On what matters most to someone in his position

A strong, dedicated, and well-rounded player with enough NFL experience. A player who will take the time and sacrifice in the NFL and I think he’ll make his role at the NFL a priority. He’s got a lot of work to do and I think he’s going to make a good decision at his next step.

He is going to get it through his head, my sense of his personality, his attitude will help him make the right decision for him so he can make the best decision. But he has to be prepared, and he will make that decision from the start.

The problem is he doesn’t know where he’s going to go. The problem is as soon as you get in a job, you know everything is gonna be OK now with the new coach. So you’re in an environment where it’s a long time coming, but he’s going to make sure you know where you’re going to go. So he needs to take the time and keep taking that plan and going as far as he can.

It’s definitely going to be great to see a player like that and I have a lot of expectations before we get to him, so it’s going to be a lot of fun. He’s going to be working hard to stay at that position.
