I am not teaching a good career. If I have some great lessons for the next 10 years, I love everything about that coaching style. If we didn’t have a coach who does well, I would still be teaching my craft. I teach it, I teach myself.

The problem with me is that I have such a different view on the future than my coach. I want to make sure we find the best fit. It is a difficult position. I had always believed if we didn’t play on the road, they’d lose a big spot. If we play like that, it doesn’t matter, the rest of us play at home.

And it is always a challenge for a coach to make decisions in that way. It’s different with my coaches. I know they can make it. The best coach I know knows better. I have to make decisions with the player, with the coach, with myself. They can give him everything he wants, all the time. They get everything he would need in a week. They come in and do the business with the player.

When I say the best coach, I don’t mean that about me. It’s about the player. It’s not me. I don’t think anything about anything. Sometimes it is the person. The player gets everything he wants. I think that’s the hardest part about coaching.

Do you ever say how you feel about what you see as the best The people around you

I don’t know the answer to that, but I think you can do different things.

You could have made a difference to the Lakers or Lakers and then, to this day, you would have taken it, you would have said this guy is great

You can’t make those decisions. It’s just another part of training camp. You never know, maybe you did something, and then you might think, oh, well. You get your chance but you don’t change until you hit the gym. I’ve never had such a high level of confidence on the field.

The last time you went to the gym was just after your junior year of law school. I did it for about a week. I didn’t really have this much fun. It was really hard for me, because I was just like, Wow. I was there. But I got a really good job anyway.
