It doesn’t appear that much.

Phelps said the group has begun looking for an experienced program.

We’re working on a program where every four months some kid gets the opportunity to apply for one or two different positions, but when it rolls over to the next year or two it’s just the same. I think people are really excited.

Celtics athletic director Jeff McLane said the team is making moves.

Phelps said the team has been in-state for a year and has had a big advantage in the tournament.

When it’s like this it’s not easy so we’ve got to be willing to keep building, Phelps said. When you’ve got one, three or four people going a long way and then having them work for another team every year with that same person, it makes sense the team is going to have a strong year.

WASHINGTON Republican lawmakers will meet Monday with the House and Senate intelligence committees to consider the Justice Department’s use of a former National Security Agency contractor’s email practices as part of its bulk collection of emails before the election. The lawmakers will give public remarks to the House Intelligence Committee and their staff.

The meeting is expected to take place shortly after the two-day recess that begins Friday and ends at 930 a.m. EDT.

It was an unusual response from a former NSA contractor who had been targeted in a cyberattack last summer, saying he had been warned by officials that the NSA would use a secret server in Europe to gather information about American citizens.

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), a cybersecurity critic, said the meeting comes as intelligence agencies are beginning work looking into potential leaks to media outlets such as The Hill by Russian hackers that may have compromising information on Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
