Teaching Style 2

Teaching style 2 is based off of the philosophy of teaching by a teacher. The principles for teaching style 2 are It’s the most important part. It’s the most challenging. It’s the toughest part. It’s the best. It’s the most important in terms of teaching time. All of those things go together. (The more time a candidate has, the better.) We are told that the best teacher is determined by the knowledge of an individual and not the method by which such person is taught or learned. (It should be pointed out that the best teacher is a student who has developed over time, not the method.) For example, some coaches recommend being the best student in a class, because they think it is important and the teacher gives them the best chance to do so. In fact, we teach by looking at a candidate’s skill level. We want candidates to get good at what they do, and by that we mean develop the ability to become effective in those areas that are important to them, and thus to become a good teacher. Students should focus their learning around something like How to be better. Teaching style 2 does not rely entirely on individual education and experience. Instead, it’s about how well a candidate communicates with his or her students, what role they play in the group, the kind of lessons in the group, how they see them in a different light, and the things that go well together while learning about others. In particular, we should focus our practice on that. (In our school, some teachers have been teaching so-called high school programs, where the best talent is identified. We should focus our practice on this.) But sometimes, in situations where something needs to change to meet different needs, we have to change tactics to meet those needs. In our example, while we want a candidate to come into a class with a good work ethic, our focus is on the what kind of job do you hold that can make you successful We should think more strategically about how a candidate is acting on his or her own.

Teaching Style 3

Teaching style 3 is based on more personal education. Most of the times we focus on what the candidate needs. Some people need more experience to get through the first year and start learning which means they are not just going to learn something new. Others may want to learn from a teacher and get a handle on how to
