The basic philosophy is to develop a person’s personality and personality as much as possible. A good coach should want to learn from the likes of Benji Marshall, Chad Ford and Jeff Van Gundy and do all kinds of things with him to maximize the player’s growth as a person.

With that said, coaching is definitely not for everyone and I don’t mean to discourage coaches from doing what they do, but the overall philosophy in this area is more about personal development. It doesn’t get all that far in college and I feel it’s important to do what really matters and to focus on the core competencies of your players.

How are you getting a job

My college coaching career is going to be fairly typical so I have no major experience in anything, so it’s important to focus on being the best I can be and that’s what I’m trying to do. It’s also important to get good at your job and not let it get to you. It’s not a bad thing though if you feel you can reach the top. I have no one else to teach but I have coaches who can help me achieve that and that’s really the thing I have to keep in mind.

At this point I don’t necessarily have to teach in the professional sphere, but I’m going to try to give the best advice I can and get things done in my office.
