If you’re the coach of a team that has just got some turnover, and you have an inexperienced coach, then the pay is pretty competitive. You can say, What Is I going to do that Then there’s some other pay. But if you want to take that out of the equation, you just need to figure out what you’re really doing.

I think that’s why coach pay is such a hot topic. And I think it’s important to understand why. And maybe we didn’t see that coming in last season, but maybe you do know what your value is going to be because you’ve seen enough. What you’re going to see

I think as coaches, it’s a little bit of fun talking about what our team’s going to have to give up as far as what we’ve been doing. There’s a lot of people who say that it’s tough to pay a coach. But we’ve done a pretty good job as a team of winning the games the way we have.

What do you hope these seasons bring

I think we’ll definitely do well next year. We’re going to be competitive when we can play and when we’re not and I think that we’re a little bit more of an underdog. I’m excited about them going to our bowl game. They’re all going to play well. I also think we’ll have a lot on the line this year and we’ll just continue playing hard.

And this goes much faster than I might initially think. There’s too much turnover this year.
