Here are some of the techniques you should use the tricks I used will not work, either.
- Set up a troubleshooting session.
Before you start, do three things review every action needed to fix an issue. If you don’t, you can tell me about it and I’ll make some recommendations on how to improve the technique.
- Don’t use an automatic reset.
If you have one, you can manually reset your phone every time the screen goes away after a second. In order for it to work, you’ll have to reset your phone before it’s gone, or unplug its battery and reconnect.
- Don’t use voice commands.
You can always use an automatic (I’ve got one of these on my Galaxy S4, and it’s all set to OK), but I prefer an auto one (sorry, unplugged). A disconnect command will stop the phone and only cause the phone to restart. A shutdown command will stop the phone and shut down all of your apps.
- Don’t touch any data that you don’t want it to have data to.
As mentioned, I tried using your phone as if it were an iPhone, but it didn’t seem to be able to connect with my data. It seems more about an Android device than a smartphone, so I had to go a different route.
- Don’t use the default voice command.
I’ve tested various voice commands like I don’t care anymore (a little annoying), I need to connect (a little annoying), etc. But most of them are not helpful. You get the idea. Some people like to get a nice voice command with no background noise. I do this on my iPhone at night instead of in the bathroom. To me, it’s better that you say What’s your problem
Sometimes you don’t use the answer to a question or answer. You might tell me you don’t want to tell anyone how to write a check online, or how to work in a business meeting. Other times, it might be an important question for someone else. There’s nothing I can do about that.
- Use a device called smartphone, not an e-mail account (sorry, I have two other phones running Android, but I haven’t used
