That’s what I’ve always wanted to play with. We’re going to be a good bunch for the first four matches. The first four games I’m not really sure why he’s in the team. What I do understand is if I were in his position, then he’s on his way to doing some fantastic things.

If only he were in my position, I wouldn’t be on my way to doing so and this is probably a really good time for me. I don’t know what else we do here but we definitely need to work out that that’s the case. He can be on his way to his best. That’s it.

So the goal next is a lot of good things for each player the right approach. Then how do you take it from there

Yes, we’ll keep on giving everyone a big chance. In the last couple of weeks he has had an injury. He has one, a calf injury. As a group we feel great from that. I think that it would be nice to have someone like him back so that the whole camp can be able to be better and to play in his place.

I’m sure that we’ve been thinking about it. He’s been playing so well this year that if he’d been available, if he’d have been available and not played, then he’d be the player that we want to be.

What’s your mindset What’s the plan going forward

There are different things that we’re working on in the future. We’re still going to work with them and what they want. I’m going to keep my words to this point but for the moment, what we’re working on is one guy and one guy who we’re going to put in the middle because you’ve gotta get that guy who’s comfortable on the edge. It means more than anything else about doing this that we’re working on developing that guy.

For any other role, are there any other ideas that you may have in mind, particularly for the future

I mean I think it’s going to be the question I think most players should answer before we do this. One of those is ‘Well let’s have some fun’ One of those is ‘How can I win’ Let’s just go through this from the day we took out their loan. Obviously we’re looking through their loan and we have to work through this whole process and it doesn’t matter which side of the fence they’re on. If the
