Online certification doesn’t mean you are qualified, it simply means you are able to demonstrate to the test company that you want to be a Certified Professional in the company. Your certification will help companies with their business goals.

How will I know my training

You will be informed if your training is eligible by the test company. However, we will ensure that you understand the program in order to complete it safely and with minimal risk.

If you are not certified, you will be asked for an email confirmation from the test company to provide any information they have on you. If you need help applying for the certification exam, visit our Help Center.

What happens if my certification fails

At no time may you be required to return for an individual certification or course, even if you’re eligible for a course. It will come back to you if your course fails within the timeframe you’d normally expect, and the check will remain on site until your course fails. If you are still enrolled in your program, your course’s failure may be returned to you within 15 days of your course being certified. Your time will be refunded at a later date, with no refund available if any of your courses may still not be eligible.

Can I renew all my course

A renewal will require that you renew your course for your test date only. Once you have completed it, you will be allowed to return for a refund.

When will my course be returned for refund

If you have a test date that has expired prior to the test date, please notify the test company immediately.

How often am I able to receive a refund

We will notify you within one to two business days, of your return. You are not entitled to a refund for a return if you have a prior course and not made more than 1 return. You may also receive a refund if a return has a valid certificate of qualification and an appropriate training certificate.

If you return from a course and do not have the necessary training or certification, you will lose your certification and will be considered ineligible for testing if the test company determines that you have failed to meet the terms of your certificate of qualification or training certificate.
