A lot of people think I’m using Snapchat to sell my albums. My goal is to sell 500 million Instagram posts in the next 10 years. But we are in a period of peak growth, right now. Snapchat has gone through several rounds and it’s hard not to go back and download the old school way of selling my albums.

It took me less than 10 days to actually get the word out. Since we didn’t know all this before, I’m still trying to figure out how to get some new people using that platform. We have a lot of people who are new to Instagram and haven’t even heard the word, which is kind of how Twitter works, but it’s the first thing people want to know. My goal is to get 500 million.

We started Instagram over three years ago. There was some success, but as time went on and people started using and seeing posts of my stuff, I was like, OK, here they come.

I’ve been selling records and I see a lot of people have started Instagram. I love that. I feel as if people are interested, so I’m trying to create some type of a brand that’s more like that or something like that.

What does Instagram offer you Is there any chance of a bigger presence of your work in the mainstream

We’ve got some great artists in the works. They’re all over Facebook now, so we’ll see them at some point in time.

I’m actually doing a lot of work. I want to work in the film industry. I want to play video games and do whatever we can do on my own. It’s really easy.

Do you really do any programming work

It’s always weird watching people get so far down a rabbit hole from their goal. I’d love to find other people for my project.

I guess this project would go better with a bit more money, too

No kidding, we actually do a lot of video game development. We’re talking big things about this idea of using Snapchat.
