A large number of young people have been arrested on suspicion by the police in their homes following reports of fights between the officers.
The incidents are being investigated by the Joint Task Force on Crime Prevention (JTCP).
A total of 17 young people were arrested for the last month.
Police arrested a number of suspects while the Joint Task Force investigated 13 arrests and brought out the officers arrested three suspects.
The police have also arrested two men, one of who has been detained for a criminal gang during the last month and has been released after questioning.
The first arrest, which the police allege is an attempted burglary during the day, involved three people aged between 15 and 17, aged from 12 to 17, under police and security forces.
The second arrest involved three people from the local authority, aged from 12 to 17, under police and protection forces.
A third person from the police force, also under the force had allegedly been charged with an offence against law, and the investigation has been suspended.
Detective Chief Inspector Richard Jellicoe was also present during the arrest.
The officers involved have an alleged relationship with the accused, said Inspector Jellicoe.
They have engaged in what is potentially unlawful behavior. In relation to that, the accused faces charges against him and under the force of this evidence we have been able to prove that his alleged offence of criminal gang was against law.
It is a major step forward in tackling and tackling these gangs and it is vital in our approach to prevent them from making more frequent assaults, to help the local community to build trust.
Officers will be supported wherever they are on the force.
Assistant Commissioner Dr Richard MacKay, of the Police and Security Authority (PSA) said We are working closely with the Police and Security Authority to tackle the root causes of these crime but we want to see an increasing focus on our joint focus policing strategy.
We have an overarching focus on tackling and tackling violent crime and that is clearly not working and we can no longer continue to see violent crime rising at our peak.
